POGO Community Outreach exist to empower individuals by helping people use their experiences, talents, passions, and strengths to build character and wellness within our community. Our goal is to connect with groups and individuals who want to serve in our community.
Our vision is to see our community coming together and helping people in need. I believe that helping people is essential to our overall mental and physical health. We want our organization not only to be a learning experience, but somewhere people look and say we are making a difference.

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Our community of Pokemon Go players has decided to participate in the fundraiser and a team will be out walking to support the cause! Please consider joining us and helping to support those and bring awareness to people struggling with Alzheimer’s. Location: John C. Come out with the ghosts and goblins for a night of fun and festivities! We will be handing out candy to all the girls and ghouls trick or treating on October 26th! Bring a bag of candy and your best costume! There will be a bounce house, games, prizes, hot chocolate, and lots of candy!
